The problem with this poster is that it would leave any student ill-equipped to talk about evolution with an evolutionist. "Nebraska Man" and "Piltdown Man" were discovered to be wrong/hoaxes by scientists themselves many decades ago. No scientist refers to these anymore as having anything to do with the theory of human origins. The conclusions of Dr. Cave about Neanderthal (that it was an old man with arthritis) have been discredited by the discovery of dozens of other Neaderthal skeletons (which had not been discovered when he first made his assertion.) The statement on the poster that Cro-Magnon is the "earliest" fossil is not true unless you're limiting the conversation to anatomically modern humans. In terms of pre-human hominids (e.g., homo erectus, homo egaster, homo habilis), there are specimens that are MUCH older than Cro-Magnon. This poster is designed to mock evolution, but it uses completely incorrect information. Exposing students to this information will set them up to look very foolish if they ever try to speak to someone who knows even a little bit of the evolutionary argument.
